Activities relevant to each principle are recommended within each chapter. These activities allow the reader to create new thought patterns which focus on positivity. In a nutshell it illustrates to the reader how feeling good is resisted, ignored or reduced; they are thus encouraged to self-analyze, to take responsibility for their circumstance; and ownership of their duty to create good feeling for themselves and maintain it. A bonus chapter, Dream Big is included after the acknowledgements which seeks to infuse the reader with the motivation to ignite their dreams. Within minutes of reading, this book inspires a general feeling of wellness and good feeling. It is transformative, uplifting, motivating and engages the reader through sentimental, humorous anecdotes and every day human experiences.
